When we began operations in 2000 as the exclusive caterers of the Minnesota Wild and Xcel Energy Center, our goal was to provide the same quality guest-experience found in our market-leading destination restaurants. In the past eight years we have grown in both size and reputation to become the Twin Cities premier catering company serving Xcel Energy Center, The Saint Paul RiverCentre, The Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium and the elegant and historic 317 on Rice Park Event Center.
